Will it work on my PC?
Easy Reminder runs on Windows 10 (version 1903 or later) and Windows 11. It needs .NET Framework 4.8, which those versions already include.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. Easy Reminder comes with a 14-day free trial, so you can see how it fits your day before you pay anything.
How many computers can I use it on?
One license covers up to 3 PCs, so you can put it on your work PC, your home PC and a laptop. Getting a new PC? Deactivate the old one and move your key over. Need more than 3? Add a PC for $9. Only need one? There’s also a single-PC license: $9.99 at launch, then $19.99.
Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. It’s a lifetime license: pay once, no subscription, no renewals.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No account. Your reminders are stored in a small file on your own PC and never leave it. The only internet use is the license: activating or moving a key, plus a quiet check about once a month. Being offline never takes your license away.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Reminders stop popping up until you enter a license key, but nothing is deleted. The moment you activate, anything that came due in the meantime pops up, marked “Missed”.
Can it get lost behind other windows?
No. The reminder card keeps itself above other windows, including ones that also try to stay on top, until you Acknowledge or Snooze it. It doesn’t steal your keyboard focus, so it won’t interrupt what you’re typing.
What happens when the launch price ends?
The price goes to $49.99 lifetime for 3 PCs (the single-PC license goes from $9.99 to $19.99). If you buy at the launch price, that’s what you pay. There’s nothing more to pay later.
Will lifetime licenses always be available?
No. Lifetime licenses are only sold for our first six months, and they won’t return. The launch price is the best deal we’ll ever offer, then lifetime is $49.99 until the window closes. After that, Easy Reminder moves to $39.99 a year or $5 a month for up to 3 PCs, and the single-PC license is retired. Every lifetime license bought before then stays lifetime: updates and fixes included as they come out, no renewals, ever.
