Who you’re buying from
Easy Reminder is made by Easy Reminder App (“we”, “us”). Our order process is run by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payments, sales tax/VAT, invoices and order-related customer service, under its buyer terms.
Free trial
You can use every feature free for 14 days on each PC. After the trial, reminders stop popping up until you enter a license key. Your saved reminders are never deleted, and anything that came due pops up when you activate.
Licenses
- Lifetime, one-time payment. A license isn’t a subscription. It includes the updates and fixes we release, as they come out, with no further charges.
- Lifetime licenses are a limited offer. We sell lifetime licenses only during Easy Reminder’s first six months on sale, and we don’t plan to offer them again. After that, new customers can subscribe yearly or monthly (covering up to 3 PCs), and the single-PC license will no longer be sold. Lifetime licenses bought before then keep their lifetime terms.
- Number of PCs. Each license works on the number of PCs it was sold for (for example 1, 3 or 10). You can add more PCs to a license at any time. Team licenses (10 or 25 PCs) are for one company or organization: its people may share the key among themselves, up to the number of PCs it covers.
- Moving and transferring. You can deactivate a license on one PC (Settings → License) and activate it on another. You may also transfer the whole license to another person or business; once you hand it over, you must stop using it. If an old PC is lost or broken and can’t be deactivated, email us and we’ll free the slot.
- Not allowed: using a key on more PCs than it covers, publishing or sharing keys, reselling copies, or bypassing the trial or license checks. We may disable keys that are shared publicly, or bought fraudulently.
- Easy Reminder is licensed, not sold. Easy Reminder App keeps all rights to the software, its name and its design. Don’t reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute the app, except where the law gives you that right.

Reminders are a helper, not a guarantee
Easy Reminder only works while it’s running and your PC is on and awake. Reminders can’t pop up while it’s closed or the PC is off (they appear, marked “Missed”, the next time it starts). Don’t rely on Easy Reminder alone for anything where a missed or late reminder could cause harm, such as medication, medical, legal or safety deadlines.
Warranty and liability
Easy Reminder is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but to the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond what this page says, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed appointments, lost business or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the license. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy applies to your purchase.
