14-day money-back guarantee. If Easy Reminder isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. No forms, no hassle.
How to get a refund
Email support@easyreminder.click within 14 days of purchase, from the address you used to buy, with your order number (it’s in your receipt email). You don’t have to give a reason, though we’d love to hear it.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller. They usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What’s covered
- Easy Reminder licenses (single-PC, 3-PC, and others), and extra PCs added to a license.
- Each purchase has its own 14-day window, counted from that purchase.
- Licenses bought through AppSumo are refunded by AppSumo, under AppSumo’s refund policy.
After a refund
The refunded license key is disabled, and Easy Reminder goes back to its trial-ended state on any PCs that used it. Your saved reminders stay on your PC, so you can back them up from Settings → Data.
