Watch

The callback that didn’t happen.

Under a minute: why follow-ups slip, and how Easy Reminder makes sure you call exactly when you said you would.

Why it matters

Deals are won in the follow-up. And lost there too.

Prospects remember whether you did what you said you’d do. A callback that happens when you promised builds trust. A callback that happens tomorrow “because it slipped” costs you some. The trouble is that most reminders disappear on their own: the notification slides off the corner of your screen while you’re on another call.

Sticky notes

Great until there are twelve of them and the important one is under your coffee.

Phone alarms

Swiped away with a thumb while you’re on another call, then forgotten.

Calendar pop-ups

One click on and it’s gone. Easy to close “for now” and never come back to.

CRM tasks

The right place for the record, but only if you open that tab at the right minute.

Easy Reminder is built for one job: making sure you make the call, at the time you promised.

Try it right here

Set a callback reminder in about five seconds.

Fill it in the way you would in the app, then click Set reminder. For this demo, the reminder pops up a few seconds later instead of waiting for the real time.

A day with Easy Reminder

Say it on the call. It handles the rest.

On the phone: “I’ll call you back Thursday at 2.”

You type Call Dana back, thu 2pm, and a quick why: pricing, wants annual billing. The card shows Thursday at 2:00 PM before you save. Done in seconds.

“Try me again in 20 minutes.”

in 20 min. Back to your emails; nothing to remember.

It pops up, even mid-email

The reminder appears on top of everything but doesn’t steal your keyboard, so the sentence you’re typing stays intact.

On another call? Snooze 15 minutes

One tap. It comes back when you’re free, and it still won’t take no for an answer.

You call exactly when you said you would

The pop-up even reminds you what the call is about. Click Acknowledge once you’ve dialed.

Built for how sales works

Everything that matters on a busy day.

Can’t be brushed off

No close button, no minimize, and Alt+F4 does nothing. It stays until you Acknowledge or Snooze.

Doesn’t hijack your typing

It shows up without stealing keyboard focus, so it never eats the email you’re halfway through.

Snooze for real life

15 or 30 minutes in one tap for when you’re already on a call, or type any time you like.

Nothing slips overnight

Laptop closed on the road? Missed reminders pop up the moment Windows starts again.

Office, laptop and home

One license covers up to 3 PCs, so it’s wherever you take calls.

Client names stay private

No account, no cloud. Reminders stay in a small file on your own PC; the app only goes online to check its license.

Context on the pop-up

Add a quick why (“pricing, wants annual billing”) and it’s right there when it’s time to dial. No digging through notes.

Won’t get drowned out

Pick a sound, even an alarm tone, and have it chime again every 1, 5 or 15 minutes until you act.

Where you’re looking

Pop-ups can appear in the center, at the top, or near the clock. Set your own snooze buttons, like “5 min” or “1 hour”.

Questions from salespeople

Good to know

Does it replace my CRM?

No, and it isn’t trying to. Keep your CRM as the record of every account and activity. Easy Reminder does the one thing a CRM task list is bad at: getting in front of you at the exact minute you promised to call, and staying there until you do.

Does it connect to Salesforce, HubSpot or Outlook?

No. It’s deliberately standalone: you type the reminder yourself in a few seconds. That also means nothing about your clients ever leaves your PC. The only thing the app sends online is its license check.

Will it show up during a screen share or a demo?

Not while you’re presenting. When a PowerPoint slide show or any full-screen app is in front, Easy Reminder holds your reminders quietly and shows them the moment you’re done, marked “Held while you were presenting”, so nothing pops up on the projector. The one case Windows can’t detect is sharing your whole desktop while you work in ordinary windows (for example Zoom’s “Share screen”): then a reminder appears like any on-top window. To keep it private, share a single app window instead, or present full screen.

What if I’m on a call when it goes off?

Tap Snooze: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or type any time. It won’t steal your keyboard, so whatever you’re typing stays intact.

Can I use it on my laptop and my desk PC?

Yes. One license covers up to 3 PCs, and you can deactivate one to move your key to a new PC. Need more? Add a PC for $9. Only ever use one PC? There’s also a single-PC license: $9.99 at launch, then $19.99. Reminders are saved on each PC and aren’t synced between them, but you can back them up to a file and restore them on another PC.

Who makes it?

A small team that missed the old Outlook reminder window. We built Easy Reminder for ourselves, then used it for a while, adding, removing and tweaking things until it did the right stuff, the right way. Now it’s yours too.

Can I try it before I buy?

Yes, there’s a 14-day free trial on each PC. When it ends, reminders pause until you enter a license key (nothing is deleted, and anything that came due pops up as soon as you activate). It’s $39.99 lifetime at the launch price, or $49.99 after launch. One payment, no subscription.

Will lifetime licenses always be available?

No. Lifetime licenses are only sold for our first six months, and they won’t return. The launch price is the best deal we’ll ever offer, then lifetime is $49.99 until the window closes. After that, Easy Reminder moves to $39.99 a year or $5 a month for up to 3 PCs, and the single-PC license is retired. Every lifetime license bought before then stays lifetime: updates and fixes included as they come out, no renewals, ever.
