Snooze, not ignore.
15 or 30 minutes in one click, or type any time with “Other…”. The reminder waits until you pick.
Windows notifications disappear on their own. This one doesn't: when it's due, it sits on top of everything until you deal with it. Click the red pin by your clock, say when, and get on with your day.
For years we lived by the classic Outlook reminder window, the one that popped up and stayed put until you dealt with it.
When it went away, we tried app after app: notifications that slid off screen, pop-ups that disappeared on their own, tools that wanted an account just to remind us to call someone back. None of them worked the way we do.
So we built the one we wanted. A small, stubborn window that stays on top until you say done or later. That's how Easy Reminder was born.
Then we just used it, every day, for a while. Added things, took things out, tweaked the rest, until it did the right stuff, the right way.
A window that waited for us.
And reminders started slipping.
Nothing stayed on screen.
Easy Reminder. It won't go away.
It re-asserts itself above other always-on-top windows, flashes the taskbar, and waits. It never steals keyboard focus, so it can't swallow what you're typing.
No date pickers required. Fill it in the way you would in the app and click Set reminder: a few seconds later you’ll see exactly what pops up.

Daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly, yearly or hourly. Or your own: every 2 weeks, every 3 days, every 6 months.
PC was off? Missed reminders pop up the moment it starts again.
Three text sizes for the whole app, remembered between runs.
It shows up without taking your keystrokes.
Reminders live in a small file on your own PC and never leave it. The only internet use is your license: activating a key, plus a quiet check about once a month. Being offline never takes your license away.
Add an optional note. It shows right on the pop-up, so future you knows exactly what to do.
Pick any Windows sound, including the alarm tones, and have it chime again every 1, 5 or 15 minutes until you acknowledge.
Choose where pop-ups appear, set your own quick picks and snooze buttons, and decide what “morning” means to you.
Save your reminders to a file and restore them anytime, on this PC or a new one.
Easy Reminder is free for 14 days from the first time it runs on each PC, with every feature unlocked. No account or credit card needed to try it.
Reminders stop popping up until you enter a license key, but nothing is deleted. The moment you activate, anything that came due in the meantime pops up, marked “Missed”.
The standard license covers up to 3 PCs ($39.99 at launch, then $49.99). If you only need it on one PC, there’s a single-PC license ($9.99 at launch, then $19.99). Need more? Add a PC for $9.
Not if you buy now. Right now it’s a one-time payment for a lifetime license: no renewals, no monthly fees, ever. Lifetime licenses are only sold for our first six months, though, and won’t return. The launch price is the best deal we’ll ever offer, then lifetime is $49.99 until the window closes. After that, Easy Reminder moves to $39.99 a year or $5 a month for up to 3 PCs, and the single-PC license is retired. Anyone who bought lifetime keeps it, along with updates and fixes as they come out.
Yes. On the old PC, open Settings → License and click Deactivate…, then enter your key on the new PC. If the old PC is gone, contact support and we’ll free up the slot.

That’s the whole point: a reminder that can disappear is one you can miss. When a reminder is due, it stays on top of every window until you click Acknowledge or Snooze it. There’s no close button, and Alt+F4 does nothing. It also never steals your keyboard, so it won’t swallow what you’re typing.
Windows 10 (version 1903 or later) and Windows 11. There’s nothing else to install, and no administrator rights are needed.
